The Asset Tracker system offers an efficient solution for securing and locating moving assets, integrated seamlessly with GFMS software and mobile apps. Keep real-time accounts on any highly critical asset or vehicle moving inside or outside your operational facility layout network.
The Asset Tracker system enables tracking of assets using the physical and mobile networks. When an asset leaves a pre-set yard or terminal tracking boundary, the system triggers an immediate response loop, sending impact logs and localization alerts directly to security controllers or management panels.
KSI Asset Trackers track devices moving in various distinct environments or locations. The tracker reports its location back to Key Systems GFMS™ database software by using one of three primary structural loops:
Tracking via SAMs:
Keys and high-value mobile assets are tracked and securely managed directly inside our electronically controlled Security Asset Manager™ (SAM) cabinets.
Tracking via Antenna:
KSI Tracking Devices automatically communicate to standalone RFID Antenna arrays as assets move through critical choke points. Ideal for monitoring perimeter lines, asset checkout lanes, and facility entrance or exit zones.
Tracking via Smartphone:
KSI Smart Tags interface directly via secure Bluetooth with an authorized user's mobile device. The mobile application picks up asset presence tags and routes details over the web interface.
Smartphones can track the assets outside the company network or location using the KSI Smart Asset App, which functions harmoniously with mobile tag tracking architecture deployed on individual equipment arrays or standalone items. The application tracks the geographic location of that user configuration whenever a targeted device check-in is logged.
